We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.

Orders are generally delivered within 7–14 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other logistical factors.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and packed within 24–48 hours of being placed.

  • After processing, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

  • Most orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • House of Zeraki is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unexpected logistical disruptions, natural events, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

Shipment & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification containing your shipment and tracking information.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier partner's website.

  • You can use the tracking link provided in the notification to check your shipment status.

Unboxing Recommendation

We strongly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video when opening your package.

This helps our customer support team investigate and resolve any concerns related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products more efficiently.
